Pesticide Action Australia is a for-purpose, not-for-profit charity dedicated to reducing Australia’s use of pesticides for the protection of our health and environment.
We believe community action will drive meaningful change in reducing pesticide use throughout Australia.

We advocate for the systemic reduction of pesticide pollution.

We take an evidence-based approach and promote safer alternatives.

We support and scale actions being taken by communities.
Our Strategic Priorities
Connect allies and build a network of interdisciplinary supporters.
Support localised grassroots community action on pesticide reduction.
Amplify the voices of environmental and health advocates around Australia, including those personally harmed by pesticide-exposure, who are taking action to reduce pesticide pollution and raise awareness.
Provide evidence-based education, resources and guidance to Australians interested in transitioning from pesticide dependency towards sustainable alternatives.
Work towards lasting regulatory reform which adopts the hazard-based approach and precautionary principle, in order to embed change at a structural level.
